At bedtime we were talking about the experience. I was telling him what a great job he did. He said, "I didn't do great" -- I said, "why" -- he said, "because I don't want to hold on to "the thing", daddy's hand, your hand, or anyone's hand...I wanted to do it by myself" SO cute! He wanted to skate all by himself with no help -- maybe next year :)

Snow Days & CAN I GET A HEALING??!!
Oh -- why the lemon, honey, and tea? I have had allergy/cold sickness for 2 weeks and I am singing a solo in our Christmas Pageant this weekend (3 nights in a row!). Praise the Lord...last night was the first of 3 nights and all went well.

Mexican Chicken
I so don't have a picture, but a yummy recipe!!!
4 lg chicken breasts
1 stick margarine
1 tbsp chili powder
1 can cream of mushroom
1 medium bell pepper, diced
2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 can rotel, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1tbsp garlic powder
1 can cream of chicken
1 lg bag tortillia chips
Cook chicken then shred. In 13x9 pan, combine broken chips and melted margarine. Leave 1/2 of the chips in the pan and remove the other 1/2 to use as topping later. Place chicken over chips, then mixture of remaining ingredients. Top with the remaining chips. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
