Oh -- why the lemon, honey, and tea? I have had allergy/cold sickness for 2 weeks and I am singing a solo in our Christmas Pageant this weekend (3 nights in a row!). Praise the Lord...last night was the first of 3 nights and all went well.

Mexican Chicken
I so don't have a picture, but a yummy recipe!!!
4 lg chicken breasts
1 stick margarine
1 tbsp chili powder
1 can cream of mushroom
1 medium bell pepper, diced
2 c grated cheddar cheese
1 can rotel, diced
1/2 onion, diced
1tbsp garlic powder
1 can cream of chicken
1 lg bag tortillia chips
Cook chicken then shred. In 13x9 pan, combine broken chips and melted margarine. Leave 1/2 of the chips in the pan and remove the other 1/2 to use as topping later. Place chicken over chips, then mixture of remaining ingredients. Top with the remaining chips. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
